12 - "A Night with Mark Twain", West Shore Association in partnership with the Tahoe City PUD, Sierra State Parks Foundation and Sugar Pine Point State Park, present an evening of fun, laughter, and frolic. A picnic by the lake followed by an unforgettably humorous night with McAvoy Layne as the Ghost of Mark Twain, Wild Humorist of the High Sierra. Park opens at 5pm for the picnic, 6:30 Show. John Walker of the West Shore Association hosts and is MC for Mc Avoy Layne. McAvoy has performed world wide and you can find out more about his adventures at his website, WWW.GHOSTOFTWAIN.COM Bring a low back chair, blanket and a sense of humor for this night!!! Alcohol is allowed in the park, but in moderation please. Children always welcome.
